Growing Edge Leaders (GEL) as the name suggests is for seasoned leaders who are committed to staying on their “growing edge” — the places where you find yourself being called to grow and stretch the margins of your capacity.
Serves: High-impact social sector leaders and community leaders located in the Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
Structure: Membership program, meets monthly in a full-day forum. Plus, monthly executive coaching.

Katherine Harvey Fellows invests in talented and motivated future community leaders from a variety of professions, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Serves: Up and coming community-driven leaders from a mix of professions including business, legal, faith, education, government and other professions within Santa Barbara County.
Structure: 12 month program consisting of one 4-hour meeting per month, plus outside experiential work.
Network: 20 participants and 149 alumni

Leading for Community Impact program engages northern Santa Barbara County nonprofit professionals to develop their leadership skills and explore management strategies to make a greater impact.
Serves: Experienced and rising nonprofit and social sector professionals who works towards the wellbeing of Santa Maria Valley communities including Santa Maria, and Lompoc.
Structure: 11 months of 10 full-day sessions, and one month of capstone project
Network: 20 participants and 64 alumni
