Our programs are unique because of their deep, personal nature that helps leaders reflect and build trusting relationships with each other.  The result is a cadre of leaders equipped with the mindsets, skills, and connection to advance community well-being.

CtlCtl

Courage to Lead is a reflective retreat-based program designed to invest in and reinvigorate leaders.

Serves:  Executive and experienced nonprofit and other social sector leaders from Santa Barbara County and throughout California.

Structure: 5 two-day retreats over thirteen months, plus monthly small groups

Network: 28 participants
and 142 alumni

ElpElp

Emerging Leaders program empowers, elevates, and connects the next generation of nonprofit leaders.  

Serves:  Mid-level and new executive nonprofit and other social sector leaders from Santa Barbara County.

Structure: 10 monthly full day sessions

Network: 20 participants and 67 alumni

KhfKhf

Katherine Harvey Fellows invests in talented and motivated future community leaders from a variety of professions, backgrounds, and perspectives.

Serves: Up and coming volunteer leaders employed professionally outside of the nonprofit sector from Santa Barbara County.

Structure: 18 month program consisting of one 2-hour meeting per month, plus outside experiential work

Network: 18 participants and 111 alumni

LciLci

Leading for Community Impact program engages northern Santa Barbara County nonprofit professionals  to develop their leadership skills and explore management strategies to make a greater impact.

Serves: Experienced and rising nonprofit and social sector professionals who works towards the wellbeing of Santa Maria Valley communities including Santa Maria, and Lompoc.

Structure: 11 months of 10 full day sessions and one month of capstone project

Network: 15 participants and 14 alumni
