Closing Procedure

There will be a print out with these steps provided on the day of your event.

  1. Return all tables and chairs to original setup
  2. Return all used accessories (i.e. projector & stand, speaker, easels, etc.) to original placement
  3. Clean table tops (cleaning supplies in kitchen, under sink)
  4. Load and run dishwasher with all used dishes (dishwasher detergent under sink)
  5. Wash by hand what’s remaining if all does not fit in one load
  6. Rinse out coffee pot and/or carafes if used
  7. If garbage and/or recycling is full, take it out to the outside dumpsters (more info available on print-out)
  8. Vacuum floor of room(s) if dirty from food scraps
  9. Close all windows and doors upon leaving
