Closing Procedure
There will be a print out with these steps provided on the day of your event.
- Return all tables and chairs to original setup
- Return all used accessories (i.e. projector & stand, speaker, easels, etc.) to original placement
- Clean table tops (cleaning supplies in kitchen, under sink)
- Load and run dishwasher with all used dishes (dishwasher detergent under sink)
- Wash by hand what’s remaining if all does not fit in one load
- Rinse out coffee pot and/or carafes if used
- If garbage and/or recycling is full, take it out to the outside dumpsters (more info available on print-out)
- Vacuum floor of room(s) if dirty from food scraps
- Close all windows and doors upon leaving
