LEADER CIRCLES REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE COURAGE TO LEAD ALUMNI
To all Courage to Lead alumni:
Please register below by May 3, 2021 if you want to participate in a 2021 CTL Alumni Leader Circle.
Many of our alumni have found the Leader Circle process to be a trustworthy structure for supporting each other over time. Leader Circles provide an opportunity to learn from each other and deepen our self-awareness, while integrating the principles and practices of our Courage work together more thoroughly into our daily lives. Our hope is that these small and supportive communities can help us tackle issues with creativity, inspiration, resilience, and confidence.
The core idea of the Leader Circle design is peer coaching. Leader Circles will meet monthly for the remainder of the year. Each participant is invited to bring a question, challenge, or priority to the circle, where they will each receive 15 minutes of focused support by the others around this issue. The Circle supports you based on your request of one of 3 options: open honest questions, brainstorming, or sharing of stories related to the issue. Each 2-hour circle begins with a time for reconnection and checking-in, and closes with a time for sharing into the circle gratitudes, affirmations, and reflections on the process. The goal is for each participant to leave each session with tangible and actionable benefit, in addition to reconnecting with Courage community and practices.
There will be 4-6 people in each circle. Each person who chooses to participate in Leader Circles will make a commitment of monthly participation with their circle (May– December 2021). Circles will meet virtually or via phone until Covid restrictions end. Each alumni will have a chance to consider if they want to participate again for the next period of time.
You can find a thorough description of the process here.
