Created and co-facilitated by Ken Saxon and Judy Brown in 2020, a group of Leading From Within partners, directors, instructors, staff, and friends convened every month for over a year in what we called Community of Practice. During this time together, we experienced a journey of reflection, learning, connection, community support and more. Now, Leading From Within would like to continue this experience through a similar offering.
The Community of Practice is being reinvented to invite new facilitators every two months to lead this group. As Ken has shared once before, “We would imagine that the engine of creation and delivery of such offerings would come from others among you. There is so much talent and experience in this group!” Therefore, we welcome those from this group to co-lead a session with specific themes and practices of their choice.
Sessions will occur on the second Wednesday of every other month at 9 am to 12 pm on Zoom. The dates we have set thus far include:
- September 8, 2021
- November 10, 2021
- January 12, 2022
