Memory Box for Carrie

We are creating a memory box for Carrie, to fill with a collection of messages & photos. Please note, the deadline has passed to submit something for the box we will give Carrie.  You still have other opportunities to contribute if you would like:

  1. Write a message at the Celebration event on Wednesday, September 25 that will be added to the box given to Carrie
  2. Submit a message  through the form below, and it will be shared electronically with Carrie
  3. Mail a card or note to Leading From Within to be given to Carrie

Sample Ideas:

    • A special memory or story (please limit to 500 words)
    • A quote on leadership (please limit to 500 words)
    • A poem (please limit to 500 words)
    • A photo
    • A well wish or expression of gratitude (please limit to 500 words)
