Possibility Lab Report

Leading From Within convened its “Possibility Lab” on November 1, 2017.  140 of LFW’s program alumni and partners in Santa Barbara County came together for the day to learn, connect and explore how our network of social sector leaders might grow its impact on the local region. This report, authored by LFW evaluator Lisa Bass, presents participant reflections on their Possibility Lab experience and on possibilities they see for the larger LFW network to grow its collective impact.
