Board Director
Rebecca Anderson joined Ganna Walska Lotusland in July 2016 as Director of Development, and since then has become their current Executive Director. Prior to coming to Lotusland, Rebecca served as Director of Advancement at Midland School; Director of Development for the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara, and as Manager of Annual Giving for Cottage Health. Rebecca received her B. A. in Sociology from the University of California Santa Cruz and an M. A. in Organizational Management from Antioch University. She earned a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), and is certified in negotiation and mediation. She was one of fifteen young professionals to participate in Leading From Within’s 2013 Emerging Leaders Program. Rebecca is past president of the Santa Barbara/Ventura Counties Chapter Association of Fundraising Professionals Board, is a former trustee of Santa Barbara Middle School, and was a member of the CALM Board of Directors. Rebecca and her husband live in Santa Barbara with their two children.
