As with all meaningful experiences, you will get out of the Katherine Harvey Fellows program what you put into it. We are excited to have you join a cohort of thoughtful, committed leaders, and we can’t wait to see the perspectives and experiences you bring to the group.
To get the most from this opportunity, participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete assigned work. This includes coming to class prepared, fully engaging with the curriculum, and building relationships within and beyond the cohort.
Please complete this form by Friday, December 5th. Other strong applicants have been waitlisted, and another candidate would be happy to take your spot if you feel you cannot make the full commitment.
Program Commitments:
- Review the program dates below and confirm your availability. If there are any conflicts, please let us know.
- Expect up to three hours of coursework between monthly sessions. This may include meetings within or outside your agency/organization, reading articles, or exploring aspects of your agency/organization in greater depth within the program context. Coming prepared will help you and your cohort get the most from each session.
Program Fee:
- The standard participation fee is $4,500, but we are offering a $500 discount if the fee is paid in full by 12/31/2025.
- Scholarships are available for those who need additional support, with a maximum award of $2,500.
- Generous donors are making a significant investment in your growth, and we also encourage your agency/organization to contribute toward your participation. Please indicate your needs in the form—we’re here to support you!

Program Dates – The Katherine Harvey Fellows program will run January 2025 through November 2025. It will start with a program orientation on January 15, 12:00-4:30 PM followed by a welcome reception in the evening (you will be emailed further details). All other sessions will run on Thursdays from 1:00PM-5:00PM with an optional lunch, and will be held in person in Santa Barbara.
