Emerging Leaders Sponsor Commitment Form

Thank you for supporting your participant’s involvement in the Emerging Leaders Program.

Emerging Leaders is a 10-month leadership experience that asks participants to invest time, energy, and curiosity in their own growth. Your encouragement and support play an important role in helping them fully engage in the program and apply their learning within your organization.

Please complete this Sponsor Commitment Form by August 7, 2026. We maintain a waitlist of qualified applicants, so if your organization is unable to support your participant’s involvement, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the opportunity to another qualified applicant.

As a sponsor, you are committing to support your participant’s successful engagement in the program by:

Supporting Attendance

Please review the program dates below and confirm that your participant will be able to attend all sessions. We ask that organizations prioritize these dates and minimize scheduling conflicts whenever possible. If there is an unavoidable conflict, please let us know as soon as possible.

Supporting Learning Between Sessions

Participants should expect approximately one to two hours of learning between monthly sessions. This may include readings, reflection activities, assignments, conversations with colleagues or community members, or organizational exploration connected to the program curriculum. Your encouragement and support help participants fully engage in this work.

Program Investment Fee

The actual cost of the Emerging Leaders Program is approximately $6,000 per participant. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and funders, this cost has already been significantly subsidized.

The participating organization is responsible for the following Program Investment Fee:

  • $2,500 for organizations with annual operating budgets under $1 million
  • $3,500 for organizations with annual operating budgets of $1 million or more

The Program Investment Fee is due prior to the start of the program.

If paying the investment fee in a single payment creates a hardship for your organization, please contact Leading From Within before the program begins to discuss possible payment arrangements.
