As with all worthwhile endeavors, your Leading for Community Impact participant will get out of the program what they put into it. Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete all assigned work.
In terms of the commitment expected of you and your Leading for Community Impact participant:
- Participant will attend all program sessions on the dates listed below. If there is a conflict, the participant should let us know ASAP.
- There will be approximately three hours of coursework between monthly sessions, which might include meetings with people inside or outside your organization, reading articles, or exploring your organization in greater depth within the context of the program. Participants are expected to come to class fully prepared.
- Organizations are responsible for a payment based on organizational budget.
- Participants submit which program fee level is applicable to their organization and will be contacted regarding payment for the program once their commitment form is submitted.
- *Organizations are encouraged to allocate the participation fee and the participant’s time spent in sessions towards professional leadership development.
Program sessions run in-person from July 2025 – May 2026 in Santa Maria.
Participants are committed to attend each session and program event.

All full day sessions run from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; lunch is provided.
