As with all worthwhile endeavors, your Emerging Leaders participant will get out of the program what they put into it. Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete all assigned work.
Please complete this form by Monday, December 2. There are other qualified applicants who have been waitlisted; another candidate would be happy to take this spot should you or your participant feel they cannot make the commitment at this time. Please let Leading From Within know ASAP if you cannot commit to prioritizing your participant’s Emerging Leaders involvement this coming year.
In terms of the commitment expected of you and your Emerging Leaders participant:
- Please review the program dates below and make sure you are able to support your participants’ availability. If there is a conflict, please let us know ASAP.
- Participants will be responsible for completing approximately three hours of coursework between monthly sessions.
Participant Program Fee: Thanks to our generous donors, the fee charged to each participating organization is half or less of the $6,500 per participant cost of putting on the program. In support of this intensive leadership development investment in your participant, your organization is responsible for a payment depending on its budget size:
- Program Fee is $2,250 for Organizations with budgets under $1 million
- Program Fee is $3,250 for Organizations with budgets over $1 million
If program cost is a challenge to your organization, here are some options to consider:
- Payment Plan | In the past, we have worked with some organizations to set up a payment plan rather than pay all at once.
- Reach out to a Funder | Sometimes, there are philanthropic funders who want to make our programs available for institutions that don’t budget much for things like this. Consider reaching out to a funder that has a stake in your organization investing in its leaders.
