Leading From Within is partnering with Leadership Santa Maria Valley to bring a new leadership workshop series to Northern Santa Barbara County.
This series is designed to create accessible, relevant opportunities for local leaders to learn, connect, and strengthen the skills they need to lead in today’s changing environment.
Leadership is rarely a straight path. We are often asked to make difficult decisions, support our teams through change, advocate for ourselves and others, and keep moving forward even when the answers are not clear. These workshops will create space to explore those challenges alongside other leaders in our region.
What to Expect
Throughout the series, workshops will explore practical leadership topics shaped by the needs and experiences of our North County community. Topics may include courageous leadership, self advocacy, feedback and performance, navigating change, psychological safety, managing up, leadership confidence, AI and leadership, and more.
Each workshop will offer practical tools, meaningful conversation, and opportunities to learn alongside peers from across the region.

The series is for people who are leading in businesses, nonprofits, public agencies, community organizations, and other workplaces throughout Northern Santa Barbara County.
Whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time or have been leading for years, these workshops are an opportunity to continue learning, build relationships, and strengthen your leadership practice.
