Leadership happens at every level.
Early childhood educators lead every day: within classrooms, with families, alongside colleagues, and throughout their organizations.
Emerging Leaders for Early Childhood Educators creates dedicated space for professionals working in early childhood education to step away from day-to-day demands, strengthen their leadership skills, build meaningful relationships with peers, and grow their confidence and capacity to lead with greater purpose and impact.
