For the last 15 years Lois led the Orfalea Foundation, directing a 20+ member team through innovative collaborations, strategic initiatives and an intentional fiscal and organizational spend-down. Her entrepreneurial-style approach utilizing a marketing lens influenced both internal governance and external systemic programs. Her leadership created a culture known for thoughtful listening, removing obstacles and offering strong tactical support.
Lois oversaw campaigns, development plans, public events, and built key partnerships cross-sector with business, philanthropic, government, academic, and non-governmental organizations. She has expertise in branding, public relations, competitive analysis and adaptive refinement from concept through implementation.
