Kim Colby Davis

With a background and education in Business Management, Kim Colby Davis began volunteering for
CASA of Santa Barbara County in 2006 as an advocate for children. In 2007, she joined the CASA staff as
Recruiting and Outreach Coordinator, increasing the number of new volunteers by 53% and the number
of children served by 65% in her first year in that role. In 2009 Kim accepted the position of Executive
Director for CASA of Santa Barbara County and has since led the CASA team to serve 95% of the children
in need in Santa Barbara County.

Kim has served on the Board of Directors for the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum and is a member
of the North County Advisory Committee for CALM. She is an alumnus of Leadership Santa Barbara
County and Courage to Lead, and served on the Blue-Ribbon Commission on Foster Care. Currently, Kim
is serving National CASA as the co-chair of the Suburban Leadership Council, and as chairperson of the
National Leadership Council. Kim enjoys painting, gardening, and traveling (anywhere) with her
husband, Mike.
