What Can We Do?

As we all adapt to working from home and moving online,  Leading From Within focuses its efforts in supporting its community of social sector leaders during this transition. Please explore this page to see what resources will best support you at this time.

LFW Virtual Gatherings

  • Guided Meditation | Every Wednesday at 8:30 am
  • Time to Connect |See upcoming alumni groups and times in the left sidebar
    • Facilitated by an LFW Instructor or Alumni Coordinator, gatherings for alumni will repeat on a bi-monthly basis to share and connect with our networks.

Support Each Other – We encourage program alumni to reconnect virtually through your Leaders Circles (a.k.a. Peer Learning Circles) and  Alumni Groups. Follow the button to get connected.

ZOOM Tips
  • Show up as fully as if you were in person with us. Don’t multi-task, if at all possible. Give your full presence to the gathering and to your fellow participants.
  • Please mute your audio when you are not speaking. This will help us hear whoever is speaking and limit background noise. If you can mute notifications on your devices this also helps.
  • Turn on your camera and sit close to the screen so we can see you. Do your best not to sit with the window behind you as sometimes the lighting might make you too backlit. A little effort on lighting goes a very long way.
